1. Package Pricing

Our package prices, excluding VAT, are fixed for the 2024/2025 academic year. During certain periods, we may offer promotional discounts and special offers, which are not combinable or transferable.

2. Group Student Charges

• Each student in a group class is charged individually.
• If multiple students enroll under the same package, each student will have their hours deducted separately.

3. Home Visit Charges

• For tutoring sessions conducted at the student’s home, an additional charge of AED 50 per hour will apply on top of the package rate.
• Home visit charges are applicable per session and are not included in the regular package price.
• Availability of home visits is subject to tutor scheduling and geographic location.
• Parents must ensure a safe, quiet, and suitable learning environment for the tutor and student.
• Tutors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a home visit if the environment is not conducive to effective learning or personal safety.

4. Variation of Fees & Services

• Fees and services may be modified at any time.
• Fees will not change during an ongoing package or service.
• In case of fee or service structure changes, at least two weeks’ notice will be provided.

5. Payment Terms

• All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance.
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer / Cash / Link Payment.
• After the free assessment, an invoice will be issued for the selected package, which must be paid before the first lesson.
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once made.

6. Student Late Arrival

• Students should arrive 5 minutes before their lesson.
• Late arrivals will only receive the remaining lesson time.
• If running late, students must call or text with their estimated arrival time.

7. Late Pick-Up Charges

• If a Parent or Guardian is more than 15 minutes late for pick-up, a fee of AED 50 will be charged.
• This compensates for the extra time and resources needed to ensure the child’s safety.

8. Personal Belongings

• Students are responsible for their own belongings.
• Enriched Hub is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.

9. Rescheduling & Missed Lessons

• Lessons cannot be frozen or postponed.
• Missed lessons will be deducted from the package, if informed on the same day with no make-up sessions provided.

10. Pre-Existing Conditions

• Parents must inform the Centre of any medical or other conditions affecting the student to ensure their well-being during lessons.

11. Use of Images & Videos

• By signing this agreement, parents [grant/do not grant] permission for Enriched Hub to take pictures/videos of their child during classes and use them for marketing purposes on social media.

12. Package Cancellation

• All packages are non-refundable.
• Once purchased, the package cannot be canceled or refunded.

13. Conduct & Responsibilities

• Students must follow Enriched Hub’s rules and regulations.
• Parents/Guardians should respect staff and support their child’s education.
• Students must maintain discipline, arrive on time, and keep workbooks and materials neat.

14. Teacher Assignment

• Enriched Hub reserves the right to change the assigned tutor if necessary due to scheduling conflicts, staff availability, or to better suit the student’s needs.
• We ensure that any changes maintain instructional quality and consistency.

15. Exclusivity & Tutor Non-Solicitation

• Parents must not directly contact or hire Enriched Hub tutors for private tutoring outside of our Centre.
• Our tutors are bound by confidentiality agreements and are exclusively contracted with Enriched Hub.

Any breach of this agreement may result in legal action.
